HR Manager (m/f/d) for a Production Site

Our client is an expert for innovative molds. With 22 companies in the USA, Europa and Asia they are close to their customers all over the world. The German Group employs more than 3,000 people in the business units of Mobility, Rail Infrastructure, New Energy, Home Appliance, Medical and Interior Design. For the plant in South Carolina with 95 employees, there will be some new production start-ups in the future as well as relocations of production from another US-plant. We are therefore looking for an HR Manager to strengthen the plant and manage another employee.

• Sparring partner for management
• Definition and moderation of core business processes, tasks and distribution
• Ensuring operational competence as well as health and safety requirements
• Recruiting as well as talent definition and development paths
• Improving retention of employees in the company as well as employer branding
• Responsible for the salary structure / compensation and benefit packages
• Definition of HR processes / interface management to other systems (external service providers/SAP/PayCore)

• Solid HR Generalist experience
• Manager with production industry experience
• Experienced consultant and coach for management
• Creative solution finder
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

In this exciting position, you will report directly to the plant manager and to Group HR Management in Germany.
